These terms govern vendor participation on the Verdora marketplace. Vendors agree to comply with all applicable laws and Verdora’s operational policies.
1. Vendor Onboarding
Vendors must provide accurate business details and required documentation (e.g., GST registration, licenses). Verdora reserves the right to approve or reject applications.
2. Order Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for timely shipping ,secure packaging , andfulfillment of all customer orders. Delays or non‑compliance may result in penalties or suspension.
3. Replacement Policy
Vendors agree to honor Verdora’s replacement‑only policy. Vendors must provide replacement support within 3 days of delivery for eligible items.
4. Fees & Settlements
Vendor commissions and settlement timelines follow Verdora’s payout policy. Vendors will receive detailed statements outlining sales, deductions, and net payouts.
5. Compliance & Liability
Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, safety, and legal compliance. Verdora is not liable for claims arising from vendor products.
6. Intellectual Property
Vendors must have rights to sell listed products. Use of Verdora’s logo or branding requires prior approval.
7. Termination
Verdora may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms. Vendors may terminate their account with prior written notice.
8. Changes to Terms
Verdora may update these Vendor Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
