Orders are processed by vendors within the stated handling time. Verdora coordinates shipping, but vendors are responsible for dispatch.
2. Charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout and may depend on weight, size, and delivery location.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched. Delivery delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond Verdora’s control.
4. Packaging
Vendors must use eco‑friendly and secure packaging to ensure safe delivery of products. Damages caused by improper packaging may result in penalties for vendors.
5. Inspection at Delivery
At the time of delivery, Verdora conducts open‑box inspections to verify product condition. If any product is found broken during inspection, Verdora will provide a replacement. Once delivery is completed, Verdora is not responsible for damage caused afterwards.
