🌿 Replacement Policy
Verdora follows a replacement-only policy for eligible products, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining eco‑friendly operations.
1. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Verdora support. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Replacement Policy (3 Days)
Eligible products may be replaced within 3 days of confirmed delivery. At the time of delivery, Verdora conducts open‑box inspections to verify product condition. If any product is found broken during inspection, Verdora will provide a replacement. Once delivery is completed, Verdora is not responsible for damage caused afterwards.
3. How to Request a Replacement
Customers can request a replacement by opening the order in their account and using the replacement request flow , or by emailing support@verdora.in with order details and supporting photos.
4. Replacement Only
Verdora provides replacement support only where eligibility criteria are met.
