Welcome to Verdora . These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers using the Verdora marketplace and outline the rules and obligations when shopping with us. By accessing or purchasing from Verdora , you agree to these terms.
1. Account
Customers must keep their account details accurate . You are responsible for all activity under your account, including orders and communications.
2. Orders
Orders placed are subject to availability . You will receive confirmation once your order is accepted. In case of stock issues, Verdora may cancel or adjust your order with prior notice.
3. Replacement Policy
Verdora offers a 3-day replacement policy for eligible products after delivery. Verdora provides replacement for defective or damaged items, as described on our Replacement Policy page.
4. Damaged Products
At the time of delivery, our team will perform an open-box inspection. If any product is found broken during this inspection, Verdora will provide a replacement under our 3-day replacement policy. Once delivery is completed, Verdora is not responsible for damage caused afterwards.
5. Product Care
Customers are expected to follow care instructions provided with plants and herbal products. Verdora is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or neglect.
6. Prohibited Use
Customers must not misuse Verdora’s platform, including attempts to purchase restricted or illegal items . Any misuse may result in account suspension.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed include Verdora’s margin and applicable taxes. Customers must ensure timely payment through approved methods. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
8. Liability
Verdora’s liability is limited to marketplace facilitation . We are not responsible for issues arising from customer misuse or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather affecting plant health).
9. Changes to Terms
Verdora may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
