1. No Returns Policy (Living Organism Exemption)
Wholesale horticultural consignments are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched from the nursery, given the perishable nature of live nursery stock. Replacements may be sanctioned exclusively if the cultivator or Verdora inspects and validates material damage or significant transit distress. Claims must be submitted with timestamped photographic proof within 48 hours of shipment arrival.
2. Platform Facilitation Commission
Verdora deducts a transparent 15% marketplace commission on the gross product value of every wholesale order facilitated through our platform. The commission is withheld at settlement prior to net disbursement into the cultivator's verified bank account.
3. Weekly Settlement Cycle
Supplier disbursements occur on a recurring weekly settlement calendar. Net payout equals delivered order value less Verdora facilitation fees and any accepted dispute compensations. Commercial buyers remit funds into Verdora Escrow; cultivators are disbursed exclusively following confirmed buyer receipt.
4. Cultivator Order Fulfillment & Quarantine

5. Cultivator Verification & Quality Audits
All listed nurseries must maintain valid business licenses, GSTIN credentials, and verifiable nursery facilities. Verdora retains sole prerogative to inspect cultivation grounds, approve or reject listings, or suspend accounts failing viability standards.
6. Commercial Dispute Arbitration
Buyers and cultivators may request mediation on damaged consignments. The Verdora botanical committee examines crate batch logs, packing videos, and carrier manifests. Resolution decisions rendered by Verdora arbitration are binding and final.
7. Tax Compliance & Invoicing
All wholesale transactions require accurate GST categorization. Official Tax Invoices featuring registered GSTIN numbers are provided immediately following transaction completion for input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
