These terms govern wholesale buyers and supplierson Verdora Wholesale. By registering or placing an order you agree to comply with these terms and Verdora's policies.
1. No Returns Policy
Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, given the bulk nature of supply. Replacements may be arranged only if the supplier or Verdora finds the delivered goods materially defective or damaged in transit. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Commission
Verdora charges a 15% commission on the total value of every wholesale order fulfilled through the platform. The commission is deducted before settlement to the supplier.
3. Weekly Settlement
Supplier payouts are settled on a weekly cycle. Net payout = order value minus Verdora commission and any applicable adjustments. Buyers pay Verdora directly; suppliers are settled against delivered orders only.
4. Order Management
Orders are managed by the respective supplier from acceptance to delivery. Verdora's wholesale team only monitors orders and may raise questions for review; it does not change order status on behalf of suppliers.
5. Supplier Approval
Suppliers must provide accurate business details. Verdora reserves the right to approve or reject applications and to suspend listings that violate these terms.
6. Disputes & Questions
Buyers and suppliers may raise disputes on delivered orders. Verdora reviews each dispute and may request evidence before resolving it. Decisions are final.
7. Compliance & Liability
Suppliers are responsible for product quality, legal compliance and safe delivery. Buyers are responsible for accuracy of their order and delivery details. Verdora is not liable for claims arising from products or delays caused by suppliers or transporters.
